Delete from the app
You can permanently delete your account and data directly in the app: open Settings → Delete account, then confirm. This works the same on iPhone and Windows.
What gets deleted
Your profile, saved audits and reports, device tokens and any unused audit credits are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
Subscriptions
If you have a Pro subscription, cancel it in your Apple App Store or Microsoft Store account — subscriptions are managed by the stores, not by us.
Prefer email?
If you can't access the app, email hello@seoagent.my from your account email and we'll delete your account for you.
