Agreement

By using the SEOAgentMY website or apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SEOAgentMY provides a free technical SEO audit, paid full AI audits, an optional Pro subscription, and (via our website) managed SEO services. Features may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

Acceptable use

Only audit websites you own or are authorised to analyse. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break any law.

Purchases & credits

A full audit is a one-off purchase (a credit). Credits are banked and do not expire. Re-auditing the same URL within 7 days does not use a credit.

Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription with no free trial. You can cancel anytime via your Apple or Microsoft account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and Microsoft Store, and refunds are subject to their policies.

No guarantee of results

SEO depends on many factors outside our control. We provide analysis and recommendations, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SEOAgentMY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions: hello@seoagent.my.
