End User License Agreement

License
SEOAgentMY grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the SEOAgentMY app on Apple-branded or Windows devices that you own or control, for your own business or personal use, subject to this agreement and the App Store / Microsoft Store terms.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense or distribute the app, or remove any proprietary notices. You may only audit websites you own or are authorised to analyse.
In-app purchases
Full audits are consumable credits and Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, sold through the App Store or Microsoft Store. Credits never expire; Pro renews monthly until cancelled in your store account. All purchases are handled by the store and subject to its refund policy.
Ownership
The app, its content and all intellectual property remain owned by SEOAgentMY and its licensors. You retain ownership of the websites and data you submit; you grant us permission to process them to generate your audit.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOAgentMY is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach it, or when you delete your account or the app. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue after termination.
Apple & Microsoft
This agreement is between you and SEOAgentMY, not with Apple or Microsoft. The store providers are not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it, but may enforce this agreement as third-party beneficiaries. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app where not superseded here.
