Who we are

SEOAgentMY is an SEO product based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it across our website and our iOS and Windows apps. Questions: hello@seoagent.my.

Information we collect

Account details you provide when you sign up (name and email, or the identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google).

Website URLs you submit for an SEO audit, and the audit results we generate for you.

A device notification token, if you enable push notifications.

Basic usage and diagnostics to keep the service reliable.

If you submit an SEO Services enquiry on our website, the name, email and website you enter.

How we use it

To run audits, generate and deliver your reports, and notify you when they are ready.

To provide your account, purchases and subscription.

To respond to enquiries and support requests.

To maintain, secure and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the service: DeepSeek (AI analysis of audit data), RevenueCat with the Apple App Store and Microsoft Store (purchases), FormSubmit (delivering website enquiries by email), and our hosting providers. They only process data to provide their part of the service.

Payments

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store and Microsoft Store. We never receive or store your card details.

Data retention & your rights (PDPA)

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service. Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

You can delete your account and its data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account), or by emailing us.

Cookies

Our website uses only the minimal cookies needed for functionality and basic analytics.
